Recently I heard Pastor Chuck Smith addressing a tour group ready to go explore Israel. He said that they had been reading the Bible in black and white. From now he explained they were going to experience it in technicolor. What an apt description of Israel!

Jerusalem, O Jerusalem

Interesting comments by Sarah Palin last night in the Holy City, namely, "Why are you guys always apologizing?!" Why indeed?! Israel has never been an aggressor in all of its wars (one each decade since its existence. Israel simply defends itself. It has given up land in the interest of peace. It has sought to peacefully coexist with its neighbors.

Sarah Palin asks a good question- one a lot of us have been thinking about!

Nativity From Bethlehem

Once again this Christmas the church and my family enjoyed the Olive Wood Nativity I purchased in 1990 when I was in Israel. Hope to come back soon!
